HydroZone Refund Policy

At HydroZone, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your electric water gun purchase, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

*   Return Window: The return request must be initiated within **14 days** from the date of delivery.
*   Condition of Item: The electric water gun must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include all original accessories, manuals, and components.
*   Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from HydroZone is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

*   Items returned after the 14-day return window.
*   Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*   Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.  Contact Us: Send an email to hydrozonezakelijk@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
2.  Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send back your item. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number.
3.  Packaging: Securely package the electric water gun in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping Responsibility for Returns

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item. This includes the cost of shipping the item back to HydroZone. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

*   Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your **original payment method** within [Insert Number, e.g., 5-10] business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
