Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
We work with multiple international suppliers to offer a wide range of products. Because of this, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. As a result, your items may arrive on different days.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Please allow a few days for the tracking information to become active.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package. We will work with the shipping carrier and our suppliers to find a suitable solution.
